Founded in Salem by Michael Lutrzykowski, AIA, our practice combines architectural and engineering expertise with hands-on construction knowledge and a deep appreciation for New England's distinctive character. From custom homes and renovations to historic preservation and commercial projects, we approach every project as a partnership - listening carefully, solving challenges practically, and creating architecture designed to serve our clients and their communities for generations.
Meet Michael Lutrzykowski
Born and raised in Salem in a Polish immigrant family, Michael Lutrzykowski brings decades of architectural, engineering, and hands-on construction experience to every project. A graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology, Michael combines technical expertise with a genuine appreciation for craftsmanship, New England architecture, and the people who call this region home. Deeply connected to his community, he has long supported both Polish and American organizations in Salem, including the local Polish church and Polish language school. For Michael, architecture is personal—it is about listening, understanding how people live, and creating thoughtful spaces that will serve them for generations.
